CRUST:
1 cup Flour, white
1/2 cup oatmeal, raw
1tbsp flaxseed
1 1/8 tsp Fleischmann?s Yeast (instant dry yeast)
1/2 cup Water, warm
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Salt

TOPPINGS:
1/2 cup pasta sauce
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1/2 cup zucchini, diced
1/2 of an avocado
1 cup marble cheese, shredded
3/4 cup polish sausage, diced
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup pineapple
5 grape tomatoes

Here is how you make Homemade Pizza and Crust:

Preheat oven to 400F. CRUST: Add all ingredients together. Mix with hands until it forms a ball.PIZZA: Roll pizza crust dough out to fit baking stone or baking sheet. Using spoon or pastry brush, spread pasta sauce over the whole surface of the crust. Sprinkle the italian seasoning over the surface. Add the rest of the toppings. Bake until crust is baked through, which is about 40-50 minutes.I cut the pizza into 16 equal parts with a pizza cutter.
