Here is how you make Grilled herbed Potatoes:

Wash potatoes with skin on, slice into 1/2" rounds, bring to boil in water for 10 minutes, remove from heat and let sit covered for 10 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water. Mix the oil, garlic, chives and basil together, put cooled potatoes in a gallon plastic bad, add the herbed oil and gently toss to coat potato slices. Line grill with foil, spray with non-stick cooking spray, lay potato slices individually onto the foil.
