Here is how you make Dry Jello Salad:

Freeze cream, small bowl ,and beaters until very cold. While whipping cream to soft peaks, sprinkle egg white protein powder into cream. In another bowl, fold dry gelatin powder into cottage cheese. Fold in citrus chunks. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into lightly-greased mould(s), cover and chill until set.Enjoy plain, OR you can easily serve on a whole lettuce leaf, bed of chopped lettuce, or spiralized zucchini. To pretty it up even more, thin about 1/4 c mayonnaise with some lemon juice or sugar-free lemon-lime soda, sweeten to taste lightly, and drizzle over the gelatin. Garnish with sliced almonds or chopped toasted pecans. And if it is Easter, add a few jelly beans to the plate for kids, or Jordan almonds for adults!
