1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c petite diced tomatoes

2 2% Mozzarella cheese sticks, sliced
1 tsp minced garlic

Here is how you make Poppy Seed Penne Pasta Salad:

Cook pasta to directions on box approx 7-9 minutes. While cooking pasta chop onion, green pepper, and mozzarella sticks. Let pasta cool and mix with peppers, onions, tomatoes and cheese in large bowl. Add both dressings in and stir til everything is covered evenly. Refigerate for 3 hrs or overnight.
