Here is how you make Jimmy Dean Sausage and Shrimp Jambalaya:

In large saucepan or Dutch oven, cook Regular Flavor sausage over medium high heat, stirring frequently until no longer pink. Add tomatoes, black beans, water, hot sauce and bay leaf. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes. Return to a boil, stir in rice and shrimp remove from heat and cover. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
