Brown beef (you can add oil, but I find the fat from the beef to be enough).Add ground cayenne pepper and tomatoes.Boil water, mix in beef bouillon cube and salt, and add to beef mixture.Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender.Mix peanut butter and 1 c. stew broth together. Add this mixture to the stew, cover, and simmer for another 30 minutes.Stir occasionally to prevent burning.Makes 6 - 8 servings.
