Here is how you make Thai Gobhi:

Cut cauliflower and mix vinegar + salt+ 2tsp sugar and chilly powder or paprika and keep aside for 20 minutes.Meanwhile make a paste of onion and ginger.Heat oil in a skillet and add mustard seeds, cinnamon and paprika and wait till it crackles. Now add the ginger & onion paste to this and fry till golden. Add the shredded coconut and again fry for 3/4 mins.Add the cauliflower to this and mix well.
