1.5 tsp olive oil

(optional ingredients not included in calorie count - 1/4 cup mushrooms, 1/4 tsp lite salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp dried parsley, 1/4 tsp dried basil)

Here is how you make Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes:

Dry bread out in 200 degree oven and, once cooled, crumble to make bread crumbs. Set aside.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Wash and dry tomatoes. Cut in half and remove seeds. Drain on paper towel.To make stuffing, combine oil, tuna, onion, garlic, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and any chosen optional ingredients. Divide the stuffing between the tomato halves and place in baking pan. If desired, drizzle some extra oil over the tops of the tomatoes (this oil was not included for nutritional value).
