Here is how you make Jon's Turkey Chili:

Heat a large pot on medium heat, add olive oil and onions and cook til translucent...about 2 or 3 minutes, then add Garlic and cook an additional minute or two. Add ground turkey, salt, pepper, and spices and brown the turkey. Add tomatoes, beer, brown sugar and bay leaf. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer about an hour.
