~ Tear the bread into crumbs (I take the hand blender to them in a 4 cup measuring cup; be sure to cover with a tea towel, though, or you'lll get crumbs all over the counter)~ Mix together with ground turkey, egg substitute & spices~ Place into small casserole dish (sprayed first with Pam or other cooking spray) & cover with tin foil~ Bake in oven, preheated to 350 degrees, for 50 minutes or until cooked through (take tin foil off for the last 10 minutes so it will brown up)~ Cut into 4 even slices and you've got a tasty turkey loaf for less than 200 calories per serving!...very tasty when topped with a fat free salsa :-)Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user WEEZIETEE.
