rice ( again i used eqivalent of 410 calories my type of rice)

Season all below to taste with salt/pepper/ garlic & herbs( i use a lot of garlic & basil in mine)Put rice on to boil / cook for 10-30 minutes ( depends on your type of rice)Steam -cut then steam carrots, broccoli, mushrooms 9 as you liek themFry turkey mince using 1cal spray then add all above ingredients and stir.
