Filet 1 large turkey breast into 4 slices. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and cook on both sides until done (about 3 min per side). Before removing breasts from pan top with 1 slice of swiss cheese. Slice the pear and top 4 slices of bread with it and about 1/4 cup of spinach.
