First, lay down the wrap and spread the hommus down the center. Add a layer of imitation crab meat. Top that with a little mayo if you like, and then layer the romaine. Wrap and enjoy!I love this wrap for dinner. It makes a good healthy end to my day, but it is more of a lunchtime item. A wrap is a bit much for me for lunch though. I get tired when I'm full.
