Here is how you make Baked Tacquitos:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook ground beef and drain any fat. Add lentils, beans and taco seasoning. Allow to cool some before adding cheese and egg. Mix well.Brush a large baking sheet with oil. Warm the tortilla in the microwave about one minute to make them flexible. Place about 1/2 cup of the meat mixture near one edge of a tortilla and roll it up tightly. Don't tuck the ends in. Place on baking sheet, seam side down. Continue until all the mixture is used up. Brush the tacquitos with more oil and place in oven.
