Here is how you make Black Bean Pico de Gallo:

Chop enough cilantro for 2 tbsp yield, more or less to taste.Put in heavy mixing bowl, crush lightly with spoon bottom.Open the black beans, and canned tomatoes, drain both, but not completely. Save a little juice from each. Pour on top of cilantro. Add 2 tbsp coursely chopped onion, 2 tbsp each lemon and lime juice, add garlic powder, sea salt and ground pepper to taste.
