300g chopped onions ( 2 large)
1 cup Bulgur ( dry) or 160g dry
1 Large Yellow Bell Pepper chopped
1 cup Red Bell Pepper Chopped
1 cup water
4 Tbsp Chilli powder
2 tbsp Becel light margarine
1 tsp minced garlic or 2 tsp fresh garlic
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp granulated sugar

Prepare all chopped ingredients. Saute Onin, garlic , and chopped peppers in Large pot using the Becel Margarine. Once nicley browned, add spices, cook for 1 min, then add all the tins and the water, bring to the boil for 20 min, then add Bulgur and sugar and cook another 20 min. Add Black pepper at the end.Serve Immediatley , leftovers can be frozen. 1 cup per serving!
