Soak navy beans for 3 hours or overnight then cook in water for 20 mins or til soft. Fry carrot, green pepper, onion and mushrooms with garlic and chilli powder until onion is soft. Add bacon and jalapenos and gently fry for 5 mins then add corn, green beans and cooked navy beans and stir through.
