spray pan with olive oil. Add diced potato and diced onion. Cook until soft. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash to desired taste. Meanwhile, put eggs in bowl, and whip until egg is mixed. Add Mrs. Dash to taste. Add eggs to potato/onion mixture. Cook until eggs are done. Spread margarine on tortilla's, grill on top of stove to soften tortilla's.
