Drain all the greese out add about 3/4 Cup of water and the Taco seasoning pack and return to stove top. Cook until every thing is completely coated and no longer looks "wet". Now start stuff your tortillas! I use a layer of the refried beans, about 2T I think, then add about 1/2 a cup of the Taco Seasoned Turkey. Roll up and place in a cooking dish. Make sure you pour some of the enchilada sauce in first so they do not stick. Once they are all in the dish cover them with the rest of the enchilada sauce. Now cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 350 for 15 min.
