1/2 cup bottled salsa or picante Sauce
2 teaspoons dried mexican seasoning
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomatoes (2 medium)
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar or monteray jack cheese

Here is how you make Soft-Shell Burritos:

Wrap tortillas in foil and bake in a 350 oven about 10 min or until armin a large skillet cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in sweet peper, 1/2 cup salsa, and mexican seasoning. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 min. Place tortillas on work surface.
