1. Preheat oven to 375.2. Cook Turkey and tomatoes in large skillet until turkey is browned.3. Mix in corn, beans and 1 cup of the cheese.4. Pour mixture into casserole dish.5. Combine Baking mix and water in a medium bowl and pour evenly over the meat and bean mixture. You may need to spread it a little to get it to the edges.6. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25 minutes.7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.Makes 8 servings.Note: The original recipe called for 1/2 cup water which made the batter into a dough.
