1 (15-oz can) black beans
6 oz shredded Mexican cheese
1 (16 oz) pkg mini tater tots
1 small can enchilada sauce

Here is how you make Tater Tot Taco Casserole:

Brown turkey, add onion, peppers, beans, garlic, seasoning and simmer another 5-10 minutes. Mix with tater tots in a large mixing bowl. Pour 1/3 enchilada sauce into 13x9" casserole dish. Pour bowl of meat.etc into dish. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top. Bake in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes and then sprinkle cheese over top and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
