Here is how you make Green Chili Cheese Enchilada:

Brown the lean ground beef in skillet. While the meat is cooking put green chili enchilada sauce in a small sauce pan with 2 oz of cheddar jack cheese and heat until cheese is melted. Once the meat is browned add picante sauce to ground beef in skillet. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Fill one tortilla with ground beef mixture and roll up and place in baking dish. Continue until all four tortillas are filled and in dish. Sprinkle any remaining meat over the top of tortillas. Pour green chili sauce over the the top. Making sure that all tortillas are completely covered. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 60 minutes uncovered. Serve with black beans and salad.
