The ingredients for Mag's Chili are:

2 lb ground beef, 1 litre chicken stock, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 large onion, 5 sticks celery, 1 large bell pepper, 1 350 gram package mushroom.
This is approximate for this recipe. I haven't calculated in spices as sometimes I add chili powder, sometimes I take a chili powder mix, sometimes I make my own mix with cumin, chili powder etc. Sometimes I don't have canned tomato sauce so I use canned pasta sauce etc. This is the "usual" recipe that I'm using for calorie and protein counting.
