Here is how you make Easy Vegetarian Chili:

Soak TVP in 1/2 C of vegetable broth.In a medium to large soup pot, sautee the onion, bell pepper and garlic in the olive oil.Add tomatoes, and chili powder and stir.Reduce heat to medium low and add beans. Stir occasionally and cook for at least 20 minutes. Add TVP and broth mix 10 minutes before done cooking. For a spicier chili, add extra cayenne and red pepper flakes.
