I love making recipes with pumpkin and when I saw a chili recipe, I just had to try it. I had to change a few things because I didn't have the ingredients. No salsa, so used diced toms with grn chiles, no extra beans so used chili beans and extra black beans, left out the zuccini. Very thick and not the normal chili you are used to.

-1 Can chili beans w/out meat I got Walmart brand and it measured about 1 1/2 -1 3/4 C
-1 can, 15 oz, packed pumpkin
-1 can diced tomatoes w/green chiles, 14.5 oz
-1 can petite diced tomatoes, 14.5 oz
-8 oz frozen corn, defrosted, about 1 1/2 C
-2 T chili powder
-1 T Wondercocoa or other cocoa powder
