Here is how you make Chili Slaw:

In 16 inch saute pan with lid(important to fit evertything)Brown meat together with all spices, sriracha and garlic on medium high. Once about 1/3 of meat is brown at pico and red gold and code for 5 minutes. Add 2 bags rainbow slaw on top of mixture, place lid on slaw pile, turn down to medium.
