1.In a large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. 2. Stir in corn, tomatoes, rice, chili powder and pepper; heat through till mixture comes to a boil.3. Cover and turn heat to simmer and cook about 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is done.4.
