How Do I Make Mom’s Easy Enchiladas?

Here is how you make Mom’s Easy Enchiladas:

Mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and salsa verde. Put 1/3 of mixture in 9 ½ *13 Pan. Assemble enchiladas with tortilla, chicken and about a half a slice of pepper jack cheese. Roll and place in pan. Pour remaining mixture over enchiladas and cover with rest of the mixture. Top with a layer of the shredded Mexican blend Cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sometimes I like to leave the cheese off, and then after heated, I put the cheese on and put in the broiler for a minute or two to melt the cheese.
