Fry off the meat in a little vegetable oil, add the onions until soft, add the tin of tomatoes and then refill the empty tin with cold water to the top, and add as well with the stock cube. If wished, you can add extra sweet chilli sauce to make the recipe hotter. Add chopped peppers rice, cook for another 5 minutes and then add the kidney beans.
