Here is how you make Mexican Frittata:

Whisk the first three ingredients together. Then, stir in the tortillas. Meanwhile, saute the onions with the sausage in an oven safe pan. When it is almost cooked stir in the beans and corn. Pour the egg mixture over ingredients in the pan and loosely scramble but they should remain runny. Sprikle the cheese on top and put in the over for 10-13 minutes at 350.
