Here is how you make Mexican Hotdish:

Mix cooked chicken, rice with other ingredients (minus cheese and tortillas) in large pan simmer over med heat.Line baking pan with 4 tortillas the add layer of cheese. Add layer of chicken mix, followed by 2 tortillas, another layer of chicken mix and 2 more tortillas. Top of with remaining cheese.
