Here is how you make Lightened Up Mexican Skillet:

In large skillet, brown the ground beef. Stir in Beans, corn, water, chili powder and picante sauce. Bring to a boil, then stir in rice. turn heat down to low and cover until rice is cooked (about 5 minutes). Sprinkle with cheese, turn off heat and cover until cheese is melted (about 2 minutes).
