Here is how you make Mindfully Healthy Nachos:

Saute Ground Turkey in its own juices adding cumin and chilli powder for seasoning. Do not add oil. Drain once cooked and set aside. Combine Diced Tomato, Lime Juice, Cilantro, and Chopped Onion and set aside. Place Nachos on Plate and add shredded cheese, cooked ground turkey, tomato mixture, black beans, corn, red peppers, black olives, & jalapenos. Top with Fresh Avocado and Diced Scallions
