Dont be afraid to push the chile into the pan. as each one is finished place in a ziplock back keeping top closed but not necesarily sealed. let chiles steam in bag about 10 minutes ofter you add last one. Starting with the first chile you put in the bag begin rubbing the chile so the skin comes off. it is harder to get the skin off that did not get charred.
