How Do I Make Pulled Pork?

Here is how you make Pulled Pork:

Trim pork of visible fat. Heat oil in large non stick skillet. Rub spice over roast and then brown in pan on all sides. Transfer to crockpot center. Drizzle with 3/4 cup BBQ sauce and pour water around roast. Cover and refridgerate over night. In morning place centre back in based and set to low. Cook about 8 hours. Remove pork to a cookie sheet and shred it using 2 forks. Return to crockpot and stir in 1/2 cup BBQ sauce .
