How Do I Make Pork Sopa?Here is how you make Pork Sopa: Makes six 1.5-cup portions.Add about a Tbsp of olive oil and the rice into a pan on medium heat. Brown rice in oil. When brown, add water, tomato sauce, and onion, let simmer, covered.While doing this, brown the pieces of pork - but don't cook all the way. It will finish cooking when added to rice. When rice is easily mixed around and is almost tender, add pork, garlic powder, and water as needed. It should be a little soupy. Cover and cook on medium heat. Approx. ten-fifteen mins.
