1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Head leaf lettuce- chopped

How Do I Make Fajita Salad?

Here is how you make Fajita Salad:

Slice chicken then saute chicken in a skillet in about a tbsp Olive Oil until golden.Remove from skillet. Add Onion, Bell Pepper, and Zucchini to skillet and saute for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Add chicken to skillet with vegetables. Add seasonings and mix. Turn heat off and let spices and ingredients sit for a few minutes.Serve While hot. Add 1.5 cups of chicken-veg mix to a bowl, add a cup of chopped leaf lettuce, a few tbsp of roma tomatoes.
