Add the chicken breasts, tomatoes, broth & corn to a large pot over high heat. Allow the chicken to cook for 10 minutes in mixture or until thawed, remove and chop into bite size chunks. Add chicken back to the pot and add the remaining ingredients. Simmer covered for 20 more minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.Add sour cream or grated cheese as garnish if desired.Makes 8 generous servings.
