4 oz. cooked chuck roast, chopped

Here is how you make Stir Fry Burrito:

Stir fry tomato, broccoli, onion, cloves in coconut oil for 5-7 minutes on high. Add pineapple juice and continue to stir fry for a few more minutes. Remove from heat and add to fresh spinach in a heat proof bowl. Add cooked quinoa, beef, and butter to pan and return to heat. Stir fry until butter melted, and grains and meat heated through. Combine with vegetables ingredients in bowl. Turn off heat and place tortilla in pan to warm slightly. Transfer mixture to warmed tortillas.
