1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp molasses
splash of apple cider vinegar


How Do I Make Sweet and Spicy Fajitas?

Here is how you make Sweet and Spicy Fajitas:

Heat oil in large skiller and add onion. After about a minute, add the red chili flakes and saute together until the onion starts to brown. Add garlic and saute about 1 minute more.Add green bell pepper pieces, smart strips (or whatever meat substitute you'd like) mix together and cook until cooked through. Add soy sauce, water and molasses and then mix together and cook, covered, for about 5 minutes.At the very end of cooking, add a splash of cider vinegar and mix together.Serve alone, or spoon into tortillas.Number of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user KRISCRN.
