* Rehydrate the TVP with the water and 1 packet of taco seasoning - Let sit for 10 minutes.* Heat a large pan and ad garlic - let it heat through* Add green peppers and another 1/4 cup of water nd let it cook for 3-5 minutes until the pepper is tender* Add the can of tomatoes - drained, black beans - drained, TVP - rehydrated, 1 packet of taco seasoning.* Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes to let flavors combine* Serve with warm tortillas and sour cream - You can also serve with any other Mexican fixings (cheese, salsa, lettuce, guacamole, etc.) just be sure to add the extra calories.
