Here is how you make PB Apple Cinnamon Oat Bars:

Preheat the oven to 350 F.Peel the apple to the core so you have apple shavings. Mix all ingredients together.Spray nonstick spray on cookie sheet and spread mixture into the shape of a rectangle.Bake for 14-17 minutes. Makes 6 servings.Serve with yogurt for dipping or with milk.Variations:- Use .5 C Splenda- Use 2 tsp. cinnamon- Use 1 tsp. salt- Add .25-.5 C. water to make moist bars(I have only made these once and will probably change the recipe as I find variations that taste better.
