Grind oreos in zip-lock bag.Bowl 1 -- Cream butter, cream cheese and powdered sugarBowl 2 -- mix pudding mix, milk and then fold in cool whip.Fold both bowls ingredients together. Pour 1 inch "dirt" oreos into bottom of flower pot. Layer with pudding mix, dirt, etc. saving layer of "dirt" for top. Chill 4-6 hrs or overnight.
