Beat sugar, salt, and eggs. Add baking powder, soda, jello, oil, orange juice, flour and extracts. Beat 2 min. Bake in 2 well greased and floured 9 inch pans for 25-30 min. Cool 15 min. Punch holes with fork in each tier and pour mixture of lime juice and powdered sugar over both. Cool completely and frost with Cool Whip.
