Preheat oven to 400*f. Prepare small (2-3 cp) baking dish with butter, lightly grease dish bottom and sides. Rinse and drain the beef slices to rehydrate, set aside.In a med bowl, blend the Sour Cream into the softened Cream Cheese. Add the onion, and garlic, mixing well. Stir in the beef slices, adding salt and pepper to taste. Scrape beef and cheese dip into prepared baking dish.
