Chop 1/2 cup each of onions and red bell pepper.
Add 1 cup black beans, well drained (save last 1/2 C for soup once weather dolls off!)
Chop 8 oz of cooked skinless chicken breasts.
Mix gently together.
Sprinkle 1tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper over the meat mixture and gently mix. You can add more to taste.
In separate bowl, mix 112 g of chobani 0% yogurt (about 1/2 cup) and 1whole avocado without the skin and seed. If you like a spicy dip, add garlic and cayenne to this mix also. Mash avocado into the yogurt well. Fold yogurt into the meat mix. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Serve with chips for a dip at a Party or on tortillas for a meal.
