Here is how you make Hawaiian Barbecue Chicken Pizza:

Make 3 servings Preheat oven to LOW BROILHeat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small skillet on medium-high heat, place cubed chicken breast and sliced onion in the skillet and season to taste. Stir occasionally to keep onions from burning and lightly brown chicken evenly.While the chicken and onions are browning, lay your flatbread on a cooking sheet. Lightly coat the edges of the flatbread with olive oil. Evenly spread 4 tablespoons of barbecue sauce over flatbread. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese evenly over barbecue sauce. Add chicken and onions, topping with pineapple. Place cooking sheet in the oven on the top rack. Broil on low for approximately five minutes or until cheese is melted.
