Here is how you make No Salt Southwest Chipotle Chicken Thighs:

In a non-stick skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add onions and peppers. Cut thigh filets into bite-sized pieces and add to peppers and onions. Season with Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle to your taste. ( I sprinkle it around the pan a couple of times for a mild flavor.) Once chicken begins to brown add mushrooms and garlic.
