4lbs skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
2-3 Eggs Beaten
1 cup flour seasoned with salt
2 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 cup Pineapple (crushed)
1/4 cup Pineapple juice
1 Cup brown Sugar
1 Cup Terrigon or White Rice Vinegar


How Do I Make Sweet and Sour Chicken?

Here is how you make Sweet and Sour Chicken:

Cut chicken breasts into strips and then egg and flour them. Fry them in olive oil until golden brown and then place them in a 9x13 baking pan. Put Salt, Soy Sauce, Pineapple and juice, Brown sugar and Vinegar in a sauce pot to simmer. Cover chicken with sauce and place in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn chicken to coat with sauce and then place in oven for anothr 15 minutes. Leave chicken uncovered in oven.
